5:00 p.m. Ed Friedman (poet)

Ed Friedman is the author of 11 books, including The Telephone Book, Humans Work, The New York Hat Line (with Robert Kushner, and Catherine Landman), and Ideal Boy (with Kim MacConnel), as well as three collections from Hanging Loose Press, Mao & Matisse, Drive Through the Blue Cylinders, and Two Towns. He served for 16 years as the artistic director of the Poetry Project at St. Mark’s Church. Over the last three winters he co-curated and hosted the New York Poets series at the Bowery Poetry Club with Bob Rosenthal.

Jane LeCroy serves the Poetry Gods as a featured character in the Poetry Brothel NYC. She is a teaching-artist bringing love of poetry to students and publishing their work through various programs like Uptown Stories. She sets her poetry to music in her bands: Ω▽(Ohmslice), the experimental modular synth project and The Icebergs, an avant-pop band of cello and drums. Her records are streaming everywhere. Three Rooms Press published Signature Play, her multimedia book of lyrical poems. Pink Trees Press published her newest collection of poetry, Spellbook of Ordinary Mistakes. Follow her on instagram.

C.O. Moed grew up on New York’s Lower East Side when it was still a tough neighborhood. A recipient of the Elizabeth George Grant for Fiction and an alum of the groundbreaking WOW Cafe, her debut memoir, It Was Her New York: True Stories and Snapshots, was a BookLife Editor’s Pick and a quarterfinalist in the BookLife Prize in Memoir. Just out is her new collection, Can’t Climb a Mountain in a Ball Gown (Pink Tree Press). She lives with fellow writer, Ted Krever, and a cat. They are all Mets fans.

Gerald Wagoner is the author of When Nothing Wild Remains and One Hundred Texts To The Mother of Beauty (both Broadstone Books), and A Month of Someday, (Indolent Books). Wagoner is creator, curator, and host of A Persistence of Cormorants, a seasonal outdoor poetry series in Brooklyn beside the Gowanus Canal.
