May of 1992, a few month’s shy of the press’ first anniversary, was a time of firsts for Boog. We put together our first collection ever, zaftig: an anthology of sex poetry and prose. And shortly after its publication, we held our first ever reading, 17 poets gathered together to celebrate zaftig’s publication.
As with most things Albany poetry, Dan Wilcox was there, as one of the readers and documenting the event. Below are his notes from the afternoon and a few of his omnipresent photos.
